Youth Resilience & Skills Development Programme

The Core Programme is a youth-focused development initiative in Ghana led by the Springboard Road Show Foundation, providing digital learning, mentoring, and counselling support to help young people build resilience, life skills, and job readiness. Through e-learning, e-mentoring, and wellness resources, Core equips participants to navigate personal, educational, and career challenges while supporting their long-term growth and wellbeing.
